One of the most beautiful islands in Greece, Crete is also one of the country’s best-known tourist destinations.

The island of Crete is unique not only for its beautiful beaches, but for its impressive mountainous scenery and villages, too. The island is also famous for its tasty local cuisine and its nightlife. It’s also one of the best places to visit in Greece for history lovers, and is home to such important historic sites as the beautiful Palace of Knossos.

To fully appreciate the special beauty of Crete, you should definitely plan on visiting it at least once in your lifetime.


Rhodes, a beautiful island in the Aegean Sea, has been one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Mediterranean for many years.

This beautiful destination offers many unforgettable experiences, including getting to know the magnificent Medieval City of Rhodes. You can also swim at any number of fantastic beaches, or take in such wonderful attractions as visiting the Acropolis of Lindos.

It is located in the Ionian Sea and, along with Evia, is one of only two islands in the country that can be reached without having to take a boat or ferry as it’s instead connected by a bridge to the region of Aitoloakarnania. Lefkada also boasts fantastic beaches, as well as delicious local cuisine.


The beautiful island of Paros is undoubtedly one of the best tourist spots in the Aegean Sea. It’s a popular vacation destination not just for its excellent beaches, but also its small, picturesque towns such as Naoussa and Parikia, which are guaranteed to delight you.

The local gastronomy of Paros is also excellent and worth exploring, and the island has many world-class accommodation options, including a number of fine luxury hotels and resorts.
